Hi and welcome to our site commemorating
our 2002, 14 day journey across 3 Canadian provinces ending at North America's
easterly most point, Cape Spear Newfoundland. After months of anticipation and weeks of preparations we got underway at 8 PM on June 12th 2002. Leaving Montreal we headed up highway 20 at top speed (115 kph) and made Perth-Andover NB. by 3 AM. Our accommodations for the trip was our '96 Dodge Caravan (pictured to the left) with the seats removed and replaced with a 6 inch foam mattress. Our route is detailed in this map All times on this site are posted in the 24 hour format, i.e. 18:00 = 6 PM unless otherwise stated. The many links I've placed on the gallery pages as well as the full sized photos all will open a new browser window so you don't leave this site. Out of the 207 photos we took on the trip I chose 100 of the most relevant ones of the places we visited.
